Unlike outsourcing or offshoring to third parties, this is not a vendor partnership. These are full-time team members integrated directly into STATLINX operations—ensuring the same quality, accountability, and results our clients know and expect.
We hire people who are:
Excellent communicators (spoken and written)
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Compassionate, calm, and patient-focused
Organized and detail-oriented
Proactive problem-solvers who take ownership of their work
At STATLINX, we believe that compassionate communication and efficient processes are the foundation of better patient care. Our mission is to help medical practices thrive by delivering reliable, high-quality support—from scheduling and prior authorizations to full-service call center operations. We’re growing fast and always looking for team members who are driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about making healthcare more human.
